Already Authority of "Google Toolbar" has Confessed about that at the California of USA. 

This case was submitted by Jason Wayber from Brooklyn. Wayber's Thought was that, "'This Toolbar can Make your Browsing and Search Easy' By giving This information they are forcing users to download that Toolbar. But by its Hidden Feature "Transmit Personal Data", Publishes Users Information automatically". 

He also Added that, "He only Came to court for Fixing that Information Security for Users"
