Google's Web browser Chrome thrilled with an extremely fast site rendering, a sleek design and innovative features. But it also gets critic from data protection specialists , for reasons such as creating a unique user ID or the submission of entries to Google to generate suggestions. SRWare Iron is a real alternative. The browser is based on the Chromium-source and offers the same features as Chrome - but without the critical points that the privacy concern.

But the good news is that, SRWare made an alternative browser named “Iron Browser” which is a modified version of Google chrome. What actually SRWare did? SRWare took the open source code of chromium project (Chrome is a open source browser of Chromium project) and used that code to make another user friendly version of chrome browser.
The big revolution is that, SRWare has removed the following function from chromium code : Client-ID, Timestamp, Suggest, Alternate Error Pages, Error Reporting, RLZ-Tracking, Google Updater, and URL-Tracker. These functions are used on main chrome to collect data about yourself and send to google. But the new Iron Browser is mad for privacy consciousness. So now you can enjoy all features and goodness of chrome by using iron without loosing privacy.
