Dolancer: Another way of being cheated (Website Reviews)

undefinedNow a day’s Dolancer is a well-known website for the people of Bangladesh. But people of this country don't know that, how they works and how they pays! Some of the people think that Dolancer is paying them because of clicking on their (Dolancer) Google Ads. Today I am going to share about how they works, pays to the people and earns, Please forgive me if any mistakes are found.
Watch it through your minds

Few days before I visited to a Computer shop and was talking to the Shop Owner and other, one of them asked me, "Dear I heard that you are associate with Freelancing." I replied, "Yes. Sometimes."

He again asked me, "I am also a Freelancer, when did you join at Dolancer?"

I was shocked and told him that I work in Odesk.

Like this way a lots of member of Dolancer told me that. Few days before one of the junior student of our University told in bad sense that, "People who works on Odesk they are too much Greedy, they are also stepping ahed, one day they will be richer than them!.

By hearing this, one of my friend showed his anger to him and stepped forward to beat him, but I stopped him. Whatever, Most of them don’t know that How they are getting their payments? In this post I am going to write it in shortly that the people who is a member of Dolancer, whatever they are doing this is not at all a work and its also not Freelancing. Soon they will fall in a nightmare and will be awakened too after that .

Main Topic:
undefinedThey are not clicking on public ads (such as Google Adsense), I also thought that they are getting paid for clicking on Google Ads. But from a member I got to know that they have their one click application, they gets there various links, after every 30-60 seconds later, then they have to click on the right answer of the multiple choice question.

For example, after you refresh the page a link will appear, after 45 seconds a multiple question will appear, click the correct answer; you will get paid $ 0.01. You will get more than 100 works likes this in everyday. After a month they will earn minimum of 2,100 Taka each for an account.

They made it to cheat with the people. For example, firstly who will join, he will have to pay 7000 Taka and then he will bring more 5 people here to join, if they joins, then company will get 35,000 Taka (7,000x5=35,000). First person who bring this 5 members will get 2,100 + (700x5)= 5600 Taka. And by this way Company is getting profit of 29400 taka (35000-5600=29400) in a month from 1 member!

It means they are using MLM (Multi Level Marketing) as there base or platform. And by this way they earning from the people of this country.

The people who joins first get most benefits and the rests are gets nothing! In these types of companies. They are using MLM system and that's why their members are increasing day by day. 80% of the peoples get cheated and the 10% of the rest 20% get beaten by the 80% member.

But as a result, the owner of this company will get more profit before this company runs away.

They are telling that whatever they are doing it is "Freelancing & Outsourcing". Now a days Bangladesh is one of the most active Country who is getting more revenue in the Freelancing & Outsourcing sector. This click based work is killing their talents by providing their huge earning offer. Its nothing more than e vogues.

This company also changed the definitions and sectors of Freelancing and Outsourcing. Because they are providing wrong definition of Freelancing and Outsourcing.

Apple unveils faster, more powerful iPhone

CUPERTINO, Calif. (AP) — Apple Inc. unveiled a new iPhone on Tuesday that is faster and more powerful but stops short of a more radical upgrade. It said Sprint customers will now be able to use one. The new iPhone 4S has an improved camera with a higher-resolution sensor. The processor is faster, which helps run smoother, more realistic action games. It's also a "world phone," which means that Verizon iPhones will be able to useable overseas, just as AT&T iPhones already are. There had been speculation that Apple would reveal a more radical revision of the phone, an "iPhone 5."

The no-show leaves room for speculation that Apple will reveal a new model in less than a year, perhaps one equipped to take advantage of Verizon's and AT&T's new high-speed data networks. There had also been speculation that Apple would include a chip that could talk to payment terminals at retail stores, turning the iPhone into a "mobile wallet." Competitors are starting to include this capability in their phones, though the payment systems are still immature.

Apple made no mention of such a feature in the iPhone 4S. Apple's stock fell nearly 5 percent. Apple is including a "personal assistant" application called Siri in the iPhone 4S. It responds to spoken questions and commands such as "Do I need an umbrella today?" It's an advanced version of speech-recognition apps found on other phones. The new iPhone also comes with new mobile software that includes such features as the ability to sync content wirelessly, without having to plug the device to a Mac or Windows machine. The iPhone announcement came during Apple's first major product event in years without Steve Jobs presiding. New CEO Tim Cook led the show after Jobs, who has been battling health problems, resigned from the post in August. Cook, wearing a navy blue button-down shirt and jeans, opened by calling his nearly 14-year tenure at Apple "the privilege of a lifetime."

Those in the audience clapped as he entered, but the reaction seemed more muted than what Jobs had recently received. Cook said the latest iPhone, which came out in June 2010, sold more quickly than previous models, but the iPhone still has just 5 percent of the worldwide handset market. Apple is hoping to grow that with the new model. Apple's new mobile software, iOS 5, will also be available on Oct. 12 for existing devices — the iPhone 4 and 3GS, both iPad models and later versions of the iPod Touch. Apple said Oct. 12 will also mark the launch of its new iCloud service, which will store content such as music, documents, apps and photos on Apple's servers and let people access them wirelessly on numerous devices. Apple said the new phone will come in black or white. It will cost $199 for a 16 gigabyte-version, $299 for 32 GB and $399 for 64 GB — all with a two-year service contract requirement. It will now be available through Sprint Nextel Corp., besides the existing carriers, AT&T Inc. and Verizon Wireless. Pre-orders will begin Friday with availability on Oct. 14. The previous version, iPhone 4, will now cost $99 for 8 GB. The 2009 model, the iPhone 3GS, will be given away for free with 8 GB. Both also require a two-year service contract.

Apple also touted the popularity of its products and unveiled a new line of iPods, including a Nano model with a multi-touch display that promises to be easier to navigate. Apple made no mention of its Classic model, which many people had speculated the company might discontinue. The event took place in Apple's Town Hall room, where the first iPod was launched a decade ago. Cook said Apple has sold more than 300 million iPods worldwide so far, including 45 million in the 12 months through June. The iPhone came six years later and has gained millions of fans, thanks to its slick looks, high-resolution screen and intuitive software. There were 39 million iPhones sold in the first six months of this year. Apple's stock fell $17.15 to $357.45 in afternoon trading Tuesday.

Google+ reached 10m users in 16 days

Google+ took a mere 16 days to hit 10 million users. By comparison, both Twitter and Facebook took over 2 years to hit that milestone, requiring 780 days and 852 days respectively.
Leon HÃ¥land has kindly put together this graph, which helps put Google+’s hockey-stick growth into perspective, compared to its social networking counterparts:
undefined
Whilst there’s little doubt that Google+’s growth is impressive, it’s probably also worth noting that it did have a considerable head-start on both Twitter and Facebook, which were both starting from scratch – as a social network, as a brand…as everything.

Google, on the other hand, has thirteen years’ growth behind it and is one of the most recognizable digital brands in the world. It already had a mammoth user-base across its plethora of products, so it’s perhaps not all that surprising that it could notch up 10m users in around a fortnight.
Google+ is thought to have reached the 10 million users mark around the 13th of July, and it had doubled-up again by about a week later. That’s 20 million users in three weeks.
Google’s latest attempt at creating a social network seems to be paying off, and it has so far received pretty favorable reviews. The Next Web carried out a quick survey of our readers in early July, and we found that two-thirds of users preferred Google+ to Facebook, with less than half saying they preferred it to Twitter. The latter was perhaps an unfair comparison, given that Twitter is a different social beast to Google+.
But what about LinkedIn? We wrote earlier this month that Google+ may actually be a bigger threat to LinkedIn than it is to Facebook or Twitter. For the record, LinkedIn was launched in May 2003, and it didn’t hit the 10m members mark until April 2007. It now has over 100m members.
Interesting statistics. It’s still early doors for Google+ – will it continue on its upwards trajectory, or will it begin to plateau once the hype subsides? Only time will tell.

Facebook testing new Page recommendation tool

It seems that Facebook has begun testing a new feature that will allow users to recommend pages to their friends as they’re browsing the Facebook website.

At the time of writing I’ve not been able to access this new feature myself, so it’s likely only been rolled out to a specific area or user-base. But as reported over at All Facebook, the new feature invites users to recommend a page to their friends by entering a comment in a small text box and clicking ‘recommend’. It’s accompanied by the following spiel: “Help your friends discover great places to visit by recommending this.”

undefined

Previously, such a feature was only available to page administrators to recommend their own content to friends. Now, it seems, users may soon be able to recommend any page.

If anyone else is seeing this feature, post a comment below saying where you’re based, and we’ll try and build a picture of who is and isn’t able to access it.

Pirate Bay Uploader Fined $28,000

A Danish Pirate Bay user has been fined 150,000 Kroner ($28,000) for uploading a movie to file-sharing website Pirate Bay.

The user, who used the Pirate Bay pseudonym Icenfire, uploaded a DVD screener copy of the movie Black Balloon. He was raided by anti-piracy group Antipiratgruppen (APG) in February 2010 and admitted uploading a copy of the Anders Matthesen comedy.

As reported on TorrentFreak, Maria Fredenslund, a lawyer with APG, talked up the significance of the raid at the time, claiming that “massive violations of copyright” had been uncovered. In fact, it seems Icenfire – thought to be in his late 20s – wasn’t as big an uploader as initial reports suggested.

The District Court in Herning ordered Icenfire to pay 150,000 Kroner ($28,200) in compensation and a further 40,000 kroner ($7,500) in legal costs.

Maria Fredenslund, lawyer with RetttighedsAlliancens (previously known as APG), said:

“It is a very important decision because it establishes that it is a serious violation of the law to be the first to make illegal material freely available to other users.”

The lawyer also admitted that Icenfire wasn’t financially motivated by his actions and only uploaded the movie for fun because “he had nothing to do.”

A very expensive lesson learned by Icenfire for sure, and proof that the devil will find work for idle hands.

Sony hacked again as attackers target Sony Music Japan

Sony hacked again as attackers target Sony Music Japan. This is getting tiresome.

Just when you couldn’t imagine it getting any worse for Sony, a new wave of attacks have been levelled on the Sony Music Japan website, exposing databases using SQL injection techniques.

NakedSecurity reports that the highlighted databases do not contain sensitive information, with no names, passwords or personally identifiable information thought to have been exposed in the attacks.

However, the attackers, who mock Sony with a note stating “This isn’t a 1337 h4x0r, we just want to embarass Sony some more”, do note that two other databases on the site are vulnerable but it is not known whether they contain sensitive information. Lulz Security takes claim for the breach, the same hackers that targeted Fox.com earlier in the month.

It’s been a tough month for Sony, which first saw its PlayStation Network brought down for weeks after hackers stole sensitive information hosted on the platform. Soon after that, it emerged that a phishing site was found on Sony’s Thailand portal before it attackers managed to breach the company’s Greek website using a similar SQL injection attack.

Sony is reported to have lost $171 million as a result of attacks on its gaming platform, but its reputation could suffer more than its bank balance if events continue to play out as they currently are.

AOL.in has been shut downed!

AOL, which is trying to resurrect itself as a startup in the US, has apparently shut down AOL.in, the India-focussed portal of AOL.com. The web portal now redirects to one of AOL’s mobile properties, aol.coolage.in.
Earlier in the year, AOL had also laid off 400 employees in its Indian unit and transferred 300 employees to their partners like Mindtree and HP, retaining only its mobile team. In a leaked memo, Tim Armstrong, AOL’s CEO had stated its Indian unit will now refocus on Asia and India related consumer products.

That aside, Pluggd.in also notes that AOL has shut down Asylum.in, a Indian lifestyle portal which was based on the lines of Asylum.com, as well.

Although, we are highly skeptical about AOL.in coming back in a new form. It might surprise us in few months with a redesigned portal and a couple of new India-focussed properties, if you notice the huge investments they are making in the content business, of late.

Microworkers- Work & Earn or Offer a Micro Job (Website Review)

Nowadays we face problem to find a real earning site. Most of earning sites are scam or fraud. But here is a final solution for them who wants to earn real money from online. Yes! you got it, the solution site is Microworkers . In this site you will find a quick way to earn money by doing easy micro jobs. Microworkers is a free to use website that lists small jobs. By ‘small’ I mean jobs that require a small amount of time and have only a small amount of money associated with them . So no more waiting and start your earning by clicking here www.microworkers.com and register for free giving valid information. And remind it there is no money investment, just do micro job and earn money. Registration details are given below.

Look at the picture below, then you will understand how does it works. Actually there are two types people:
1. Worker - who works micro job.
2. Employer - who offers the job to work.

This website can give you quite good income if you own a website or blog with PR 1+ (Page Rank) ranking. But no worries there you 'll find also very easy task to do.
Now let me tell you as I have no PR0+ blog. I only try to make few bucks here spending few minutes on this website. The work which I love to do here are:-
1. Like a Facebook page it takes 30 seconds pays 0.8$ - 0.25$
2. Subscribe a You-tube channel and comment takes 3 minutes pays 0.12$
3. Digg something, takes 3 minutes pays 0.8$ - 0.20$
4. Tweet account, takes 30 seconds pays 0.8$ - 0.20$
5. Signup (I do this task only if it pays minimum 0.30$)
6. Download and install something, takes 5 – 10 minutes pays 0.35$

You’ll find many easier job if you like this. Refresh the site few minutes later to find more job.
* Job price may vary employer to employer.

Don’t be confused that there are two success rate which you will have to take under consideration one is permanent success rate which determines that you will work on website or not. This success rate should not be less than 75% or you will be not able to work on this site. The second success rate is temporary success rate. This success rate determines that how many tasks you can currently accept and complete. Sometimes this success rate goes below 75% don’t be worried about it may happen because you must have completed a lot of tasks. The temporary success rate will rise up when the employers approve your task.

Now the important part is that the minimum pay-out is 9$ and you can receive payment through Moneybookers, AlertPay (To open account, just click on link) and other online money transfer site. You just need a personal Bank account to send your money.

Note:- Microworkers have a different kind of personal verification system. When you reach the minimum pay-out limit which is 9$. After that the withdrawal page will say that ”A pin will be mailed you soon”. Don’t worry wait for a week or two they will dispatch a pin letter then the page will say ”pin sent on this date” and a link will appear which will say ”Enter pin” and one more link will be there which will say ”Request pin” this link is for those.

Look at the picture below, what you see, yes job, which are accepted and got paid and which are rejected.

There are also few micro job sites same as Microworkers. These sites also reliable. so you can check it out.

Sony PlayStation Network hacked again, user passwords compromised !

With Sony's PlayStation Network freshly back online, attackers have once again breached the system, this time going for a vulnerability with the system's password reset.

This is getting (more) ridiculous. Not even two days after Sony restored its embattled PlayStation Network for most users worldwide, cyber criminals have once again launched an attack, this time going after the PSN’s password reset system. In order for users to reconnect to the PSN, they were required to reset their passwords. You know, for security reasons…

undefined

News of this third, most recent attack were originally reported on Nyleveia.com, which warned PSN users that “accounts are still not safe.”

“I want to make this clear to ALL PSN users. Despite the methods currently employed to force a password change when you first reconnect to the PlayStation network, your accounts still remain unsafe,” writes Nyleveia. “A new hack is currently doing the rounds in dark corners of the internet that allows the attacker the ability to change your password using only your account’s email and date of birth. It has been proven to me through direct demonstration on a test account, so I am without any shadow of a doubt that this is real.”

Following the Nyleveia post there was, in fact, some doubt that this was real. But further tests by Eurogamer proved that the breach was real, which caused prompt action from Sony. In response, the company has blocked PSN login access to a number of its site, and the PSN password reset site has also been taken offline.

Sony responded to the new attack, saying: “Unfortunately this also means that those who are still trying to change their password via Playstation.com or Qriocity.com will be unable to do so for the time being.”

“This is due to essential maintenance and at present it is unclear how long this will take,” Sony added. “In the meantime you will still be able to sign into PSN via your PlayStation 3 and PSP devices to connect to game services and view Trophy/Friends information.”

Fortunately, this round of breaches isn’t actually a “hack” in the true sense of the word — at least not if you want to be a stickler about it. The previous attacks on the PSN were true hacks in that someone broke into Sony’s network, and stole nearly 13 million credit cards, and the personal data of about 100 million people. This time, they just used some of the data that was already stolen to break into people’s accounts. Big difference, we know.

Still, this proven vulnerability is sure to give Sony more grief. Just yesterday, Sony CEO Howard Stringer defended his company’s handling of the April attacks, which resulted in the being turned off for a week before users were alerted to the data theft.

On Monday, Sony released the details of its user “Welcome Back” program, which includes free games, like ModNation Racers and Killzone Liberation, and free movie rentals. Perhaps this most recent breach will prompt them to toss in a few more options, just to keep users happy. Just a suggestion.

Hacker Defaces Website Of Kenya Police In Tribute Of Mark Zuckerberg

A hacker has apparently defaced the website of Kenya’s law enforcement body (kenyapolice.go.ke), according to Nairobi, Kenya-based business reporter Larry Madowo.
Sure enough, it appears the hacker did this in tribute of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
The clearly unintentional welcoming message on the website homepage (the rest of the siteseems to function fine) currently reads:
“Got in and all i could think about was zuckerberg!!! This’ for you Mark!”
(Click the image on top for a larger version, just in case things get fixed)
Amusingly, the title tag for the page has also been ‘updated’, now reading “I’m CEO, BITCh!” (see here for the backstory on that).
Setting a trend for website defacement in 2011?
