Stocks Used:

Step-1
1 step Create A Simple Retro Photo Manipulation Using Photoshop
Open a new document on Photoshop 500 pixels width 600 pixels height and 300dpi with white background color.
2 step Create A Simple Retro Photo Manipulation Using Photoshop
Open the Stock Image and drag then fit it into your canvas. You don’t have to cut or render the stock because in this composition I have used it as is.
After placing the stock into your canvas the next step will be putting some Vector Brush (vector sun ray brush). I have selected the ray that looks like the sun ray and changed the Master Diameter of the brush into 650px. Create a new layer and brush it into the middle of the canvas.
Using the same layer with the brush that you have made, add a layer mask.
Drag the gradient tool into the middle of the brush going to the right end of the canvas (repeat this until you get the desired outcome) and then change the Blending Mode into Screen.

Step-2

The next step will make the composition an old look, to make this I have used a white rose image that will give it the old look. To do this here open the Flower Image and then drag it to the canvas and change the blending mode into Overlay.

Change the position of the flower until you get this result.
Create an New Layer and select the Cloud Brush and brush some cloud at the upper of the canvas and erase the unwanted parts until you get this result.
In this next step we will be using again a new stock which is a image of a tower. Again open the Tower Image and drag it into the canvas and position it into the lower part and erase the middle part of the added image (image with a tower) which is the part of the model. After erasing change the Blending Mode of into Overlay.
In this next step we will add more grungy and old look, to do this I have selected a texture of the wall which I used to get the desire old look. Open the Texture Image and drag it into the canvas and change the blending mode into Soft Light. Again erase the part in which the model is placed to make the model more clear and visible.

Step-3

Now we will add some lighting effects in the models hand, to do this we will use a soft brush, select the brush too (B) and select the round brush with a Master Diameter of 100px and set the Hardness to 0%. Create a New Layer and apply the brush into the hand of the model and change the Blending Mode into Linear Dodge.
We will add more elements in our composition, the next stop we will some C4D. Again open the C4D and drag it into the canvas, position it into the bottom part of the composition and change the Blending mode of the C4D into Overlay.

Step-4
In this next step we will add some line streak lightings to add better look into our composition. To do this first you have to create a new layer and select the Marquee Tool.
17 step Create A Simple Retro Photo Manipulation Using Photoshop
After creating a selection, select the Brush Tool(B) and select the soft round brush with Master Diameter of 300px and Hardness 0%.

In the selection brush the tip of the Soft Round Brush to get the faded part only of the brush.

The result will be something like this:

Resize the layer make it thinner to get this result.

This is how to create the line streak lightings I only made it into a new document to make it clear/visible and easy to follow. Here is the result after placing it into the canvas (duplicate and rotating) and changing the Blending Mode into Overlay.

Step-5

We will add more elements in the composition; in this step we will add Sun Flower Image. Again we open the Sun Flower Image and drag it into the canvas.

Put the sun flower into the left part of the models head and erase the part that covers the model.
After erasing and change the Blending Mode of the Sun flower into Luminousity

We will do it again but now put it in front of models stomach.

Step-5

In this next step we will make a customized lines, to do this create a New Layer and select the Pen Tool (P) and create a path.

28 step Create A Simple Retro Photo Manipulation Using Photoshop
After creating a path select the Brush Tool (B) and select the Master Diameter 1px and Hardness 100% after doing this Select again the Pen Tool (P), right click and stroke path.

Select brush and uncheck the Stimulate Pressure.

Do these until you have this result, again erase the unwanted parts.

Added Female Dancing Brush, Create a new layer and brush it in the lines that we made.
The same brush Diameter and Hardness the we used in the stroke lines we will create a random brush. Create a New Layer and brush it freely at the back of the model and erase the unwanted parts then change the Blending mode into Overlay.

After erasing and changing the blending mode.

34 step Create A Simple Retro Photo Manipulation Using Photoshop
Do it again in the front of the model.

Step-7
Adding a Lightning Brush into the models hand. Create a New Layer and apply the lightning brush into the models hand add more lighting effect.
36 step Create A Simple Retro Photo Manipulation Using Photoshop

Adding a random Round Soft Brush into the composition to add more elements and to create more lighting effects.
Create a New Layer and change the settings of our Brush. Set Brush Color into White. Set the Brush Diameter to 10px. Hardness to 100%. The spacing into 250.

Change the settings of the Scattering, Scatter 825%, Count to1 and Count Jitter to 12%

Brush it into the new layer and create a layer style add a Outer Glow and use this settings.

Here is the result of the brush stroke

Repeat the step 16 but now we are using the Musical Note Brushes. Create a New Layer and brush the Musical Notes.

Step-8
In this step we will add layer adjustments, go to the first layer in the top and select it. Now add a new layer adjustment and select Gradient Map and Select the black and white gradient then press OK. Change the blend mode of the adjustment to Luminosity and Opacity to 60%
Add new adjustment again, Photo Filter and use this settings and change Blend Mode to Luminosity and Opacity 50%
